Why I gave this shop a ONE star rating is not because of the dress quality or the service that was given to me and my bridesmaids by the consultants. The problem is purely and 110% the manager/owner. This woman has no customer service skills. She treats her staff horribly and talked to them so inappropriately in front of me, my mother & my whole wedding party. I found Perfect Weddings to be awesome! They found me just the right gown and not only were they professional, friendly, but fun! I went to several other bridal salons and found them lacking but not Perfect Weddings. I would recommend that everyone try on a dress there! You will find "The Dress"!!!
I am giving 1 star because it won't let me leave it blank!!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE alterations were done to my gown. After spending $ 200 in alterations I had to take it to another place to be corrected. Most people there are friendly but the owners daughter is VERY RUDE. I would NEVER do business there nor would I reccommend them to anyone. I tried helping a small town business..Wrong all that did was cost me alot of extra time and wasted money!!
