I went to Perfect Weddings to find a Wedding Dress for myself along with picking out a reception dress and dresses for my two bridesmaids. I was unable to find a dress that was in my price range that I like but the dresses there were very nice. I ended up just purchasing a reception dress that was the same style as my bridesmaids dress but in white. The dresses came in and they are wonderful. Why I gave this shop a ONE star rating is not because of the dress quality or the service that was given to me and my bridesmaids by the consultants. The problem is purely and 110% the manager/owner. This woman has no customer service skills. She treats her staff horribly and talked to them so inappropriately in front of me, my mother & my whole wedding party. Not only is that bad but on many occasions she rolled her eyes at my mother, one of my bridesmaids and I & talked to us in the same demeaning manner as she acted towar... read more

I found Perfect Weddings to be awesome! They found me just the right gown and not only were they professional, friendly, but fun! I went to several other bridal salons and found them lacking but not Perfect Weddings. I would recommend that everyone try on a dress there! You will find "The Dress"!!!

I went into perfect weddings in october originally to buy my dress was treated wonderfully, Finally ordered the dress in November. Well when the dress came in the OWNER herself happened to be behind the counter when i walked in and she was the most rude person I have ever encountered. She acted as though I was an inconvience just because I wanted to look at their selection of Bridal shoes before trying on my dress(which it says to show up 30 minutes early on their paper they send you in the mail to tell you your dress is in ... read more

I am giving 1 star because it won't let me leave it blank!!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE alterations were done to my gown. After spending $ 200 in alterations I had to take it to another place to be corrected. Most people there are friendly but the owners daughter is VERY RUDE. I would NEVER do business there nor would I reccommend them to anyone. I tried helping a small town business..Wrong all that did was cost me alot of extra time and wasted money!!
