We have had our RO system for over a year and love it! Have been using their home master artesian RO system for 7 years now It's made amazing mineral tap water the entire time and handles the high TDS water systems we have in the valley super well. Each and every time I call in, a super qualified human picks up and talks me through everything I need. Seriously rare. Nice job today Will!
Their customer support is the best. I was expecting a long wait time and a recorded message, instead I was promptly connected to a live support person who not only understood my question but sent the necessary filter out right away
