I really love my water but the customer service at this business is outstanding. Every time I've had to replace the under-sink filters for some reason, JB has patiently guided me through each step and waited kindly while I fumbled under the sink. It's never too complicated but there are some tubes that connect with different parts and it looks overwhelming, but he makes sure we get it done perfectly and I'm very grateful for the support, and the delicious water!
Ian Gates was very informative n knowledgeable with informing us about our water system Dover PA. He took the time 2 explain what chemicals that was in our water n how it can affect our bodies . Would highly recommend him n his company
I had an issue that was "my fault", bought substandard R/O replacement filter. Called the tech. Folks ("John" I think his name was) they troubleshoot problem then sent out "new" filter at no charge!! Water tastes GREAT! (artesian filter really helps!) Very professional and super helpful! They set the "Gold standard" for customer service! Didn't know there was company's like that anymore! Well done! Would (and have!) Recommended company and products.
