How I wish I could attach the photographs I have that show the absolutely shoddy workmanship. Terrible job. This was after the huge storm that devastated properties all over CT. Perfect Turf quoted me a flat rate of $500.000 for a spring clean-up and only did a partial job. They promised to return and complete the job but tried to change the terms of our agreement from a flat rate to an hourly rate. When I balked at this classic bait and switch con-job the owner, Paul M****** became abusive, argumentative, and began to blatantly lie about our original agreement. Business response:
We completed all contractual work on time and within budget. We have photographs to show the completed clean up. We walked the customer around and she indicated her satisfaction. The customer then wanted follow up work done at no additional charge. As a good faith measure we came back and performed an additional clean up at no charge but beyond that we would have to charge our standard hourly rate. She refused. She was ALWAYS treated with respect and dealt with in a courteous manner.
