FRAUD ALERT....THE AGENT PRETENDED TO BE FROM AIR CANADA, CHARGED EXTRA FOR THEIR AGENCY SERVICES, THEN CANCELLED THE FLIGHT WITH NO ALERT AND ABUSE OF INFO PROVIDED....RUNNNN AWAY!!!!
I booked a flight, but then discovered that I did not need to do so. I called back less than three hours later and the agent "Robin" refused to cancel it.
