I read reviews thoroughly before contacting different transmission shops… speaking to Javier, i wouldn’t believe many of his negative reviews. I took my car for a transmission repair, and paid half the price of any other estimates.. the price he quoted me over the phone was discounted after he inspected the transmission and it was less work than anticipated.. those actions are honest and not someone that tries to get the most out of people.. he wasn’t so busy and had my car in 3 days.. tested and drove well. Brought My Yukon in Wednesday for a Transmission rebuilt and it was ready today Friday
Javier was straight to the point and had good communication. They gave me an estimated time to finish and called me the day they said they would be done. Very good service.
Tengan cuidado con esta gente dicen que no te cobran por hacer el diagnóstico pero es mentira cobran $50 solamente por mirar tu carro, no te entregan un diagnóstico impreso ni nada. Solo por poner el scanner y conducirlo. Aparte $900 dólares por solo revisar la transmisión sin garantía de nada y extra por si sale algo más
Don Javier nos atendió muy bien, directo al problema buscó opciones y nos dejó decidir. Encontró un nuevo problemita y lo resolvió a un precio menor que el inicial.
