PT assisted me to get my unregistered trailer up to road worthy and to provide reports and repairs for registration. Pete is easy to communicate with, he is thorough with his work, very knowledgeable and great at explaining issues. Really appreciate the service and flexibility. Will definitely go back for anything else we need trailer wise.

What an unbelievably personal service I received from all the staff I encountered especially Pete. From the design and quote stage, personalising my tool trailer to specs I wanted, to the exceptional post sales support. Specifically, maybe 7yesrs after purchasing, a LED tail light failed and not only did Pete insist on replacing the unit for free, but wasn't happy that he couldn't match the existing unit so handed me a brand new pair. It's rare to receive such genuine and honest service. Can't recommend highly enough!
I needed some repairs doing to my tandem to get her through the roadworthy. Peter was fantastic and moved mountains to get the job done in time. The workmanship was first class, and he was communicative and transparent throughout. He went over and above what I expected.
