I’ve been using this carpet cleaning company for a long time, and I always find their prices fair. They often have great deals posted on their social media. Wesley has come out to clean our carpets three times now, and he’s always right on schedule, very knowledgeable, and works quickly. I usually don’t write reviews, but I wanted to share my great experience with the carpet cleaning service I received. Caleb, the technician who came to my home, was very professional. He walked me through the whole cleaning process and made sure I had time to get my pets settled before he started. my mother has nearly 40 handmade area rugs of all sizes that she collected while traveling. the carpet cleaning team did a great job cleaning, measuring, and taking photos of each rug, then put each one into a bag with its picture and size info. this was a big task, and although we paid a little extra for some of the services, they did a really great job. i would definitely recommend this company. we also liked how they were flexible with picking up the rugs and delivering them in stages to my mother's apartment in charlotte... read more
