We were getting our rental home ready to sell and worried the older carpet might hurt the showing, so we wanted a carpet cleaning service that could make it look its best and help us avoid replacing it. Richard did an excellent job with the carpet cleaning, and the results made a huge difference right away. The carpets looked fresh, clean, and much more plush, and the whole home felt brighter and better cared for after the service. He also took time to walk us through the carpet cleaning process and was very honest about wha... read more
Perfect Touch Carpet Cleaners came out to provide an estimate for carpet and upholstery cleaning, and the pricing was very fair. While speaking with Hayden, I mentioned that I am a teacher, and he kindly applied an extra discount. They offer helpful savings for teachers, military, law enforcement, and seniors, which really shows they value the community. The carpet cleaning and couch cleaning turned out great, especially on several tough stains and high-traffic areas that needed extra attention. Everything looked fresher, cl... read more

The colors really stand out now, and everyone who sees it mentions how vibrant it looks. The tile and engineered wood floors were also covered with dirty boot marks and fine sheetrock dust from the work being ... read more

He was polite, skilled, and clearly knew carpet care well. He was easy to talk to, listened to my questions, and gave clear helpful answers about the cleaning process, the products used, and what to expect as the carpet dried. I also appreciated that he wore shoe covers inside the house and moved carefully around the furniture with his eq... read more
I’m extremely happy with the carpet cleaning service I received from Perfect Touch Carpet Cleaners. I called expecting voicemail, but a real person answered right away, which made scheduling easy and stress free. By the next evening, the carpets were professionally cleaned with a very fast turnaround. Richard removed years of visible spots, including tough pet stains, from the light taupe hallway carpet and the stairs. The carpet now looks fresh, bright, and almost like new again. The whole process was smooth, friendly, and ... read more
