The team quickly answered all our questions and took care of everything, even delivering the rug back to our home when it was finished. Jay and Andres just delivered my freshly cleaned and repaired rug. They carefully moved my furniture aside, set down the padding, and gently unwrapped and rolled out the rug in its spot.
