Every time I’ve taken my Explorer to Ricky and he’s team the work and experience has been top-tier, they have literally saved me hundreds of dollars. I searched around a lot after my rack and pinion went out, perfect touch was by far the best deal. I won’t take my car anywhere else.
Ricky has been on a taking care of me for two years now. Has tore apart my motor and took the time to make sure it has been right since.
Not skilled at assessing and problem solving. On several occasions occasions had to return two cars for work that should have been completed at initial repair. Currently filing a report with Better Business Bureau. Will be extended my complaint lawfully.
