Not to be dramatic, but I would trust Ricky and his team with my life. I feel like I have finally found my mechanic. I called Ricky in a panic on Christmas Eve, and he got me in the day after Christmas. He inspected my car and then sent me a quote by email. Not only was the quote fair, but he also understood that my goal was to keep my vehicle running and reliable (for context, my car has 220k miles). My daughter was driving in Champaign when her car started over heating. She immediately pulled over and parked it at a gas station. It was a weekend evening and no repair shops were open. We live in Bloomington so had to choose a shop in Champaign to have it towed. After calling a couple places we decided on Perfect Touch. I spoke with Ricky and he was very transparent.
