I wanted to apologize to the lady who did my brows. I had an attitude you did nothing to deserve that. You did everything I asked for. I can’t think of her name but she does facials
I love perfect touch and most of the ladies do a good job with my eyebrows. I would give 5 stars but they need more staff during the week. No way it should be an hour wait for eyebrows because there is just one person working. Mind you there is only 1-2 people in line in front of me. Once they’re doing lashes for someone the wait becomes super long. This is the 3rd time I’ll have to leave because the wait is so long. Having to consider a new studio that can take appointments and have more than one person.
