Tip and his wife were great from beginning to end. I called the shop and spoke to Tip's wife (I forgot her name, haha). I asked for an estimate on a major door ding to the passenger door on my Tesla Model Y, right on the bodyline. Tip came to check it out to give an estimate on his way home even though they're booked 6 weeks out. My wife and I just received extraordinary service from Tipp and Debby at The Perfect Touch (also known as Dent Perfection by The Perfect Touch). Tipp worked on our two cars earlier in the week: one needed a repair to the damaged rear bumper, and the other needed a large dent (in the fender) removed. He did a wonderful job at repairing door dings on my Audi Q5. Update: They also fixed a dent in my Mercedes Metris. It’s like new again.
Tip is very professional and does an outstanding job! He touches up my car and you would never know there had been a problem. He even painted my golf cart and it looks brand new! He’s the best!
