1 star. Don’t advertise “WALK-INS WELCOME” if you’re going to make walk-ins feel like an inconvenience for showing up during business hours. I walked in at 6:35 PM and was immediately met with a dismissive attitude. The woman told me, “I have two more people and it’s almost 7.” I politely asked if I could wait, and instead of simply answering my question, she repeated the exact same thing. Sovina the women who did my eyebrows did absolutely amazing!! She was so sweet and made it a very enjoyable experience for it being the first time getting my eyebrows threaded! Will be going back for her!
