Sean is absolutely the best! He's calls back right away, shows up as promised, totally trustworthy, a God send for my tankless water heater, and just a really good guy. I would recommend Sean in a heartbeat! Thanks Sean for getting my heat cranking again!
DO NOT USE THIS OUTFIT. I used them by recommendation after relocating to the area. I had them install a new heat pump system in October of 2023. The AC side of the unit malfunctions and reported the problem during early July, 7 months after install. They now won't even return phone calls. I assure all who ask, I addressed Sean like a gentleman when we spoke. Very unprofessional, NO STARS.

I was referred to Sean by a friend, and boy I couldn't be happier. Sean immediately took my call, but didn't have time to chat so he PROMISED a follow up time and then he actually called me back exactly at the time he promised. From there I knew how this would go. The appointment was set and he showed up 10 mins earlier than scheduled. The service her provided was fast, efficient and clean. The pricing was very reasonable, and I for sure will be calling him again. Thanks Sean!
