Perfect Temp has always provided first rate service and top-quality equipment for our heat exchanger and heater. Ken Dellsite and his team, including Amber and Jace Lettow, have done a phenomenal job of responding to our needs in an efficient, affordable, and timely manner. One interesting note on this occasion is that they knew that I had just come home after a month and a half long stay at UW Medical Center for a heart transplant and my heater and heat exchanger were not working. The technicians that came out were super friendly and solved our problem quick! They also left our fireplace looking brand new! Highly recommend them and we'll certainly call on them in the future!

Perfect Temp showed up on time, did everything they said they would and answered every question I had plus at what I considered to be a reasonable price. Both the office and the repair person communicate well and follow up as promised.
