Got my furnace and A/C unit replaced by Art's Heating and Cooling and the whole experience was easy and very customer-friendly! Art came by and provided a very reasonable estimate for what we needed. His crew was punctual and got the work done within a day and when there were hiccups during the process, Art's company covered the expenses (i.e. plumbing issue when one of the valves connected to the water heater leaked and new zone board replacement). Would recommend for anyone looking for a new install.
Shady Business Practices
Our experience with Perfect Star was the worst when renovating our house. We had a licensed HVAC engineer review the initial quotes. The suggested furnace was oversized for our house and it seemed that Perfect Star had this furnace at hand and wanted to install it not because it was the best choice for our house but because they had it available. Extremely happy. These guys already have a ton of 5 star reviews. I'm conflicted adding another one because that would increase their demand. Which means they'll have less time for my projects. But they deserve all the business!! Thanks Perfect Star Team!!
