I had gone to fix my door window everything was fine. Just recently the same window fell. I called PSAG and spoke to a Jr. which is the grandson of the owner. He showed not to have any manners when I explained to him what happened, he stated that the technician has not shown up since Monday this week 4-28-25 he told me in a way that he was bothered that I was calling for them to fix it. Super sketchy place, asked questions then said have a nice day and hung up🤦 I’m not sure if they’re trying to steal stuff off the cars but definitely would not recommend
They were very polite and got me in and out. I went to very my window replaced and it's good now
