Had a good experience with my actual lingual braces 4 yrs ago but this practice won't help you after treatment is done. My retaining wire recently lifted off my teeth and is poking me on a daily basis. I have been told that their policy is that they won't replace wires more than 12 months after treatment is done - not even if I pay them. My dentist can't do it, and I have spent hours calling other orthodontists who won't do it unless I sign up as a new patient and wait on their waitlist - Jan is the earliest they can see me.... read more

Best orthodontic clinic with a very caring and welcoming team. I had my braces done here, and the whole experience was wonderful. The team looked after me throughout my treatment and continued to provide great care even after my braces were removed. Highly recommend!
