I loved my experience at Midtown Medspa. I was relaxed from the moment I walked in and the staff was great! Pam who did my facials was amazing and explained everything thoroughly :)
Had my first appointment rescheduled (was told because of rain). Actual appointment was fine, but when I went in for a follow-up appointment it was first changed to another date (the nurse changed her hours) and then canceled without letting me know (I was told when I arrived). I was then told I would be rescheduled for this week and now got a message saying I can have a $50 credit with no mention of an appointment. Very simple...I paid for a service and would like that service (or my money refunded).
Tatyana was very warm and welcoming. Very educated on the products Oasis offers! Definitely recommend!
