I had a not so pleasant experience three years ago and on Saturday, they decided to give it another chance. Again, highly disappointed if you are not on top of the wash and service to Point what needs to be done you will be disappointed. I paid for a number for Service and my car did not look that clean and The interior was not cleaned. This is unfortunate because the owner and the cashier seem to be really nice.

Paid extra for premium carwash. Not only did they not wipe down my seats or dash at all, they barely even vacuumed. Definitely not worth the $

This is 2 weeks in a row. I have gone to this car wash and I have gotten a number 4 for outside and inside cleaning and paid 38. Dollars with tax, this service is terrible. There are watermarks all over my car. I understand I have a black car, but still there is dirt all over the bottom of the car on the skirts, inside of the doors. I watched them when the car first started to go, they did not do the machine clean mats, they ran the vacuum over them, that's it. I paid for an exterior car wash, but my windows and some spots were not cleaned well. Also, there was no tire shine. I expected better service.
