The service was satisfactory, with friendly staff. However, I was not informed that synthetic oil was used in my vehicle, despite consistently opting for regular oil over the past eight years. This change was only disclosed at the time of payment, which raised concerns about potential upcharging. The car wash was adequate; the exterior was clean, but the interior could have been more thoroughly attended to. The additional cost for the oil change was not clearly communicated, which detracted from the overall experience.

Paid $32.00 for a car wash today and let’s just say the only thing that actually cleaned was the exterior of my car (minus the tires). The tires don’t have “shine” and are still dirty. The interior was literally just how I had left it. Dirty with fingerprint smudges, the windshield was smeared/foggy. It was NOT busy at all. Three customers, no reason for my car to be left dirty. What’s the purpose of paying for a car wash service?

So, I took my truck in for a wash and I had to complain because it wasn’t cleaned properly. The 2nd time I went I had balloons in my truck and they let a ballon out and thought I didn’t see, I complained and it went in one ear and out the other.
