I really wanted to like this place since it’s close to home but I ended up being very disappointed with the service. More so, with the interior detail. I recently got my car from a dealership which they said had been detailed but I still saw areas that were left unclean, nothing super major but just wanted that new car feel that this place promised me. Edgar is the man! Hardest worker around, stayed late on a Sunday just to make sure the job was done right. Highly recommend!
Unfortunately I had a bad experience with Edgard. He did a good job on my car the first time (besides putting a scratch on the back windshield and not take ownership of the fact that he did it.) He promised me the same price for the same service when I returned for my next detailing. Well I contacted him today when I was ready for detailing. It has been raining constantly and part of the service he gave me was a ceramic wax which he said would last 3-6 MONTHS, so I was waiting to see how the ceramic wax held up, and until th... read more
