Please ! Please proceed with caution. My elderly father was taken advantage of by this company and their financing company. It is so close to elder abuse it is sad. And then when you reach out to the company and express your concerns, I got the voicemail. I did not want to leave a voicemail. I stated clearly to the representative that answered the phone that this has been an ongoing issue. Arnold was very knowledgeable, kind and respectful young man. He worked to make sure my heater was operating probably.
Blake was prompt for the scheduled maintenance. He was courteous, efficient and friendly.
Jacob was kind and prompt, called before, and actually helped me troubleshoot an issue, AND, cleaned my unit. All for a very good price and some can goods will go to a good cause. Thanks again Jacob!!
