I had my air serviced on 072925 by Colby . isbell who was very respectful. He listened to my concerns and very helpful in getting my issue with my air conditioner problem resolved. He was communicating with his wife and seemed very family oriented. He explained and showed me pictures of everything he had done during the service call. Our old a/c unit died about 6 years ago. We reached out to perfect service. They arrived promptly and promised that we would have cool air before they left and they kept that promise. And every summer since then they have come out and done an inspection.
Our tech was on time, very professional, friendly and got our unit serviced quickly.
After moving into my new house the air conditioning quit working so I called perfect service heating and air. After telling me the system needed an evaporator coil and quoted me to fix it they then said the parts were not available to repair the system and I would have to replace it. I paid $12000 to replace it and two weeks later the upstairs thermostat unit quit working .
