I had my metal roof installed by another company about three years ago, and I started having issues with a leaking gooseneck. They attempted to fix it several times, but the problem persisted. I finally hired Perfect Roofing, and they fixed the gooseneck in just one day, no more leaks! I wish I had called them from the start. Highly recommend!
They claim to offer a warranty, but when my roof started leaking after a heavy rain, they said it wasn’t covered. What’s the point of a warranty if you won’t honor it? Stay away from Perfect Roofing of FL.
