We had an absolutely terrible experience staying at one of Pri’s rental properties in Columbus. I could never trust this man to do business with or work with in any capacity. His places were in disarray (all window cranks broken, screens weren’t in, ac didn’t work in either unit, trash can broken, large stains on couches). He guided me and my wife through the entire process, informed us about the good and the bad investments in the commercial sector based on our preferences and future plans, and also told us various risks we are taking and preventive strategies to maximize the value of our investments.
