Extremely unprofessional! I would not recommend to anyone! There are far too many pool companies in Orlando to deal with a childish unprofessional owner that has a tantrum on the jobsite. Move on and look for another company!
After three years we were unexpectedly dropped from the route by the owner after reporting an issue with a new pool tech that caused a skin reaction. I haven't used my pool in over a month and have to try to find a new pool service. Very unprofessional.
Unprofessional interaction. Pool had black algae after 3 weeks of service. In attempt to clarify the issue the owner hang up on me.
Perfect Pools came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Rick went above and beyond with his help and we're very pleased to be customers of the business.
