Updating to a 5 as they've been back to update the new system so it's working properly once we separately tested the water and added sufficient salt, chemicals, and new filters. Thus far we're back to crystal clear water even after numerous swims, which wasn't thinkable the last few summers.

I'd love to change this to a 5, but post installing a new salt cell and a heater, the system hasn't worked any day properly. The programming set daily has a new error message, doesn't create enough chlorine, they didn't clean the pool thoroughly upon opening and what they recommended I buy hasn't been sufficient, etc. My impression is that mid-opening, I declined their weekly servicing cost so now any customer service is gone. Update - I learned that good communication is important for the best customer service. I wish they would have learned this too. It seemed the longer I used them the poorer the communication. They really burst my bubble since my initial 5 star review. Perfect Pools lives up to their name! Peyton is a Rockstar! All around amazing company and people that went above and beyond to get our pool up and running. We had a chlorinator and pump replaced and Mark and his son did an awesome job. Mark has been so incredibly helpful and informative throughout the entire process (we are first time pool owners) he walked us through everything and was extremely patient and thorough. We had Perfect Pools install a new liner in our inground pool. Every interaction with them was friendly and professional, they showed up when they said they would show up, and our pool looks beautiful now! I will not hesitate to use them again.
