We contracted with Perfection Pools in early July 2016 to build an inground liner pool and paid a 50% deposit in order to "get on their schedule." Our contract, drawn up by Perfection Pools, stated our project would start July 25, 2016, and be finished by August 12, 2016, weather permitting. Some rainy days set the schedule back but we were understanding and patient. However, there were many dry days conducive to building an inground liner pool. Bought a house with a pool and needed help with opening of pool. Scheduled an appt which had to wait several weeks to get one so was almost end of June 2015 before we could open pool. Day of scheduled service no one called or showed up and were suppose to be first on list. Called store and they said the person didn't come into work that day and promised to come the next day. Missed work and the next day no one called or showed up. What horrible service!!! Would never recommend or use this business for anything!!!!
