We have used Perfect Pool for many years and have received excellent service. The weekly cleaning and chemical service has been reliable, and they have aptly guided us through upgrading our aging equipment over the years. Erik, the owner, is very knowledgeable and I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait more than 15 minutes for him to return a call.
Most pool cos. are fly-by-night outfits with crazy turnover & terrible after hours support…that is NOT how PPC is…they are phenomenal! We’ve been a client almost 20 yrs & wouldn’t even think about changing companies. Typing this up right now because 5 mins ago I messaged the owner (Eric) about an issue we’re having, and he replied immediately & is sending someone out ASAP, which is exactly how he has operated for 20 yrs! Knowing Eric, he’ll probably come out himself to check it out. Great co., great people, fair prices.
I usually write reviews for restaurants. However, after another stellar interaction with Erik and his team, I felt compelled to let others know about Perfect Pool Care. I have been with these guys for 15+ years and have never once - NOT ONCE - had an issue with our weekly cleaning, scheduled service/maintenance, or warranties.
