We have used Perfect Pool Care for two years since our pool was built. Eric is hard to get a hold of and doesn't return calls so if you want a pool service that is responsive this may not be the company for you. As with all companies it is hard to maintain a good staff these days. When we first started with this company they did a great job but things gradually worsened. Great guys! Always work hard to troubleshoot and get things in order.
During recent freeze in Austin our pool motor broke and I called a lot of pool companies to replace motor but nobody showed up except perfect pool care. His staff drove in freeze and I can’t thank them enough for that. They not only provided guidance on what motor would be best for our pool size as we acquired new pool few months back but also shared good practices to keep pool clean. His staff is very humble and intelligent. I would highly recommend perfect pool care for their services.
I recently had an emergency pool situation that required prompt attention. Though I am not a regular Perfect Pool Care customer, Eric & Shane immediately responded to my request in a professional and courteous manner and got the job done.
We’ve used this company for over a year now. They are reasonably priced, consistent with their service, and if you really have an issue (like I just did) Eric and his team will jump on it and get you taken care of (even on a Friday night of a holiday weekend).
