They charge $700 for replacing just a $30 igniter, which would take less than 30min. I asked for an itemized bill but the technician refused it. Also, I had to pay $225 for emergency service charge even though they weren’t able to repair it because they don’t have the part. They just came and took my money without fixing anything.

I called because my Hot Water Heater had started to leak at its base. Apparently, I came to learn, its base had rusted out and began to leak.
