Very unprofessional. My wife was on the main floor, while the repairman was fixing our sink upstairs. He would repeatedly yell COMEEE!!!! COOMME!!!! to ask her to come upstairs to take a look. Our toilet was also broken with a hissing noise, and the repairman refused to fix it saying it’s “normal”. The toilet was very obviously not normal because normal toilets don’t continue to hiss every 5 minutes after flushing. My latest experience with Perfect Plumbing was spot on. The communication and arrival time was as scheduled. Our service plumber was extremely polite, friendly and professional. He explained the entire process and completed the repairs in a timely and efficient manner. Can’t recommend this company enough!
