Only been on The Perfect Plan for 3 weeks and I'm down 7lbs! Also the plan is SO MUCH FOOD! I've never had a diet that told me to eat. Heck I had turkey meatballs and potato salad for dinner all from The Perfect Plans cook book and they were so good! I plan on sneaking some healthy potato salad to my next family cookout (I won't tell them it's healthy if you don't) I am so excited to see where this journey takes me :)

I had great success with Perfect Plan in Henderson but i never got to finish the program. I would love to go back but not sure they are in Henderson any longer. I would like to finish what i started.
LOVE The Perfect Plan! Jan has the diet down to a science, literally. A well balanced, nutritional, filling, whole foods diet plan. Can't thank her enough for getting the excess sugar, salt and preservatives out of my diet.
