They installed our new roof and it leaks. They are not return our calls, emails or Facebook message. Not sure if they are still in business or left Cedar Rapids for another storm damaged area.

Been waiting 3 years now for them to fix an extremely obvious mistake they made on our roof (which also is literal proof that they nobody bothered to inspect the job when it was done), every time I contact them they act like it's the first they're hearing of it then continue to do nothing about it.
Brian has gone above and beyond for all repairs on our roof and siding. His crew got all the repairs completed in a timely manner. Being as my spouse and i are first time homeowners brian was able to also provide us with some insight on how these claims work and their processes. Pitch Perfect will be our number 1 contractor for any future issues with our home. *will update with before and after photoes once able*
