Perfect Pet does not accommodate the pet owner/customer in any way. They are only open one Saturday per month, and are closed on Wednesdays. If you cannot work around the only 8 times that you can drop off or pick up, you will need to pay for an extra day or weekend. However, they have the right to close without notice and rarely return your calls. I will not bring any of my pets back here - when they rarely answer the phone or return calls, I need to question how often they are really there for the animals.
