I am so thankful I found Perfect Peace and discovered the benefits of pelvic floor PT! I started seeing Lauren when I was pregnant with my fourth and I only wish I had discovered this place when I was pregnant with my first! Perfect Peace has truly been a blessing throughout pregnancy and postpartum! I have seen Dr. Maddie all throughout my pregnancy and postpartum and I can’t imagine not getting the help from there! During pregnancy I had lots of lower back pain and I don’t know what I would’ve done without these visits. DR. Maddie is the sweetest, most genuine, and kind hearted person and she is very knowledgeable in what she does! I highly recommend Perfect Peace therapy!
Dr. Grace has been amazing to work with! Half way through my pregnancy I started experiencing significant sciatic nerve pain. She has been great with helping me work through pain and maintaining my ability to do my necessary daily activities. My husband and I recently just did our birth prep class with her as well and it was great! I feel confident going into labor. I’m excited to keep working with her postpartum. I would highly recommend Perfect Peace and Dr. Grace!!
My experience with Dr. Maddie and Perfect Peace was fantastic. After having my daughter, I didn't know if I'd ever be able to run worry-free again; even coughing and sneezing had become things to dread. After receiving pelvic floor physical therapy at Perfect Peace, I can now do all of those activities without issue. I wish more women knew there is an answer for the complications that can follow pregnancy. I highly recommend Perfect Peace Physical Therapy to anyone looking for obstetric or pelvic health help.
