This is the worst company u have come to your house this people only want your money and not do the job the tech named Jose came over took parts off my heating unit never came back to put it back and finish fixing it do not have this company company and do any type of work in your pool systems..

I had a new pool heater install 3 years ago by another company and never used it because it wouldn't stay lit, I thought there was a problem with the gas. I called Perfect Pass Pools and Jose came and fixed it quickly. It was wired wrong by the other company 🤦‍♀️. Jose was neat, clean and very professional. He's greatly appreciated

I’ve been a long time customer and shame on me. Service is consistently inadequate. Owner cannot be bothered to respond to customers or even show up. I feel sorry for the people who work for him.
