They were flexible with us about our contract, quote, etc. And very communicative through email- answered all the questions I had. They set up our tables tents and chairs the day before our event and they were all friendly and polite.
Extremely hard to get ahold of. I've been trying for over a week to make an order. Spoke with Isaiah twice about a week apart. He took my information and was to have a manager reach out. Never heard anything. Also left a message on their voicemail and placed an order online to recieve a call for credit card info. I'm sure if you have a larger order, they will be more apt to respond.. but if you're trying to just get tables/chairs or anything to supplement an event, I'd save your time and go elsewhere
We got in touch with them 6 weeks before our event and had to call and call and call to finally schedule a time for them to come look at the property we wanted tents, tables, chairs, and a dance floor for. They came to the property to assess, said they could do it on the date we needed, drew up a quote (that had a number of errors on it about the equipment we requested), and then we had to call repeatedly to get them on the phone to finalize the quote and at this point it was just 4 weeks out from the event. Let’s just start by saying if I could give 0 stars I would. For starters I called to pay. The computers “were down”. I received a call a few days later claiming I missed my payment or was late. When I called back they remembered me calling but couldn’t remember what happened to my credit card information and claimed they must have shedded it.
