We received a written estimate for work to be performed in our house. When Nick the owner came out to do the work he complained about how low the estimate HE gave me was. I agreed to pay more and added a few nail pop repairs to the job. At the end of the job he tried to charge us nearly double than the newly agreed upon price stating that it took him longer than he expected and he usually charges by the hour. Nick and his associates have done wonders for our home. Over a 18-year period they have wallpapered several rooms, painted others, replaced window and door trim, window sills and even built shelving in the basement. His prices are reasonable and work is first rate. He has been conscientious for 18 years and is now a master. We found him by a friend I hope others find this.
