Went literally 2 days ago, got a shellac manicure and not only are my nails breaking but the shellac is coming off. This is not supposed to happen.

The worst experience- they were incredibly rude. The woman that did my nails didn’t even make eye contact the whole time I was there. Seemed to hate her job and life in general. When cutting the new nail she had just glued on she had the entire end of my thumb in the scissors until I pulled it away just before she went to cut. Terrible rough job - don’t waste your money. I’ll be going somewhere else today to have everything redone.

Went once & was great with Hillary, so went again, it was disastrous with another person, the technician worked very slowly, in my opinion needs much more training. They left me waiting for an hour soaking off the existing & then it was another 90 minutes to end up a bad job. I paid & left after being there for nearly 3 hours but decided it wasn’t good enough & went back for them to fix the mess & 45 minutes later I still have a terribly unprofessional job which I paid for. If you have an appointment booked don’t have anything lined up to do after. Booked an appointment for my friend and I, a technician came to start her pedicure 10 minutes after the appointment time. A technician didn’t come to start my pedicure until 30 minutes after my booked appointment time. No sense of urgency or apology. Unprofessional.
