The lady in charge was super nice and accommodating. However, when I went last Saturday for a pedicure and shellac colour change, I unfortunately was not informed of any delays, so I ended up sitting in the chair for over 30 minutes. This is the first google review I’ve ever left and doing so because I’m so shocked of my experience today. I asked for a simple, clean BIAB with my natural nails shortened and came out with 3 nails bleeding and 1 in a plaster. When the manager finally stopped avoiding me when it came to paying, she offered to take $20 off the bill ($80 originally) Standing up for myself I politely told her I had been to the salon a few times with no issues and I don’t think it’s okay to leave with bleeding fingernails. Absolutely awful experience. The lady who did my nails was so incredibly and blatantly rude. She also had no attention to detail when it came to the nails which turned out uneven. At one point she hurt me with the electric buffer and i winced, to which there was no acknowledgement or apology. I also asked for my nails to be shorter which she dismissed and said she’d do at the end which she never did. Just stay away from this place and wait for an appointment at a better salon. Absolutely not worth it.
