I arrived on time and was told, go pick out a color", which I did. I waited until 11:10, and a woman named Andy began to berate me, saying, "We are like a doctors office, you need to wait your turn". She used a hostile tone towards me in front of the other customers. I have been going to Perfect Nails for over 3 years and have never had a bad experience. Tina, Andy and Emily all do a wonderful job.

I have went here three times. The first time, my nails lasted for three weeks with out chipping. The last two times, they've chipped terribly with in a day and they refused to make it right. Owner said That's fine when I told her that I wasn't coming back!!!
