When I first started working with Kevin I was having trouble bending down and walking around and was in pain most of the time. By the time I finished I was able to run around with my kids playing soccer and don't have any pain at all. All in a span of about 2 months! I would highly recommend him to anybody who is suffering. I was skeptical going in that this would make any difference, and I couldn't be happier to have been wrong!

Pitching is a complicated set of movements that need to occur in a sequential pattern to not only throw the ball accurately, but to throw pain free. With all the arm injuries that are occurring in baseball, and with these injuries coming earlier and earlier in age, you need a biomechanical expert who understands pitching. As a parent of a high school pitcher, I am constantly looking at pitching mechanics to help improve performance. Unfortunately, there is a lot of bad information and guidance out there. Transformative! Did five or six weeks of PT prior to seeing Kevin with some progress but quickly hit a plateau. Within two sessions with Kevin, Progress resumed, and I could actually believe that my shoulder would not hurt at some point in the future. Combination of shockwave and Kevin skill got over the finish line. Not looking forward to my next injury, but I know where I’m going when that happens. -W

Turning 60 was a big milestone for me with a planned retirement, cycling trips and more leisure time on my line up. What I did not expect was a sudden non traumatic knee injury that would stop me in my tracks, cause me unbelievable pain and prevent me from doing almost anything that involved my legs including going up and down stairs, walking for any distance, driving....you name it. I did all the things that I thought would help: Iced it, rested it, used NSAIDS and spent hundreds on various knee braces. Three months wen... read more

My son started having bicep pain while throwing. Dr. McGovern identified the cause and had him throwing pain free within an hour. I was really impressed by how he used different cues and analogies to explain things. Over the past six months he’s completely overhauled how my son moves. He always focuses on health first. I feel like the 8-10 mph velocity increase is a bonus. My son had been on a path towards elbow problems but now he’s throwing in a much healthier, sustainable way.
