DO NOT TRUST this place of misinformation. I received an email that encouraged substituting salt. Salt is essential to health and well being. Properly sourced salt DOES NOT RAISE BLOOD PRESSURE. Pink sea salt will not raise your blood pressure. Iodized Salt does raise blood pressure. If you're going to tout yourself as a "health expert" know what you are talking about and be trustworthy!
