Waited over an hour for them to open but they never did. They said it was open online and in the store but no one came by no one was in the salon.
The lady there RUINED my hair. She bleached it for an hour and a half. She let me sit and process for way longer because she booked multiple people on top of me. When I didn't even need bleach in the first place. My hair is like straw, it won't even do its natural curl. I called in to talk to her about fixing it and she just started screaming at me.
