Hair Salon perfect look. I tried “Perfect Look” at Walmart, but I didn’t got the results I was expected. I had a level 8 hair, I asked them to bleach my hair to a level 10, the results was uneven, and I could get a better results if I used bleaching kit. The hair lady said no worries it would be even by the color, I chose my color, but apparently she confused the color with lighter levels and the results was not the color I choose but one level lighter and yet uneven. Y'all go see Susan! She is the bomb! I walked in kinda lost and a little apprehensive (we are new to the area and I hadn't found my hair person yet. Well, I just did! She is amazing! I'm ecstatic! My hair looks and feels wonderful!

I speculate "Wicked" talked to Mina first and the manager the second time. I went today for my appointment with Mina and the previous manager of the salon there was primping, helping herself to product (as she does) and the office space to confer with the current manager. I made no secret of my dislike of the previous manager and they actually discussed it while I was there waiting for Mina who is very nice so she doesn't know what those two are about. Badness. So I left

First lady I spoke with while walking by the store in person was very nice and helpful, gave me a coupon and confirmed they did walk-in's... call today and spoke with a different woman who clearly didn't want to help me at all, was coarse and rude, referred me to another place then hung up on me... It's ashame because this place is so close and could have been my new regular place, but the customer service is not consistent and it's hardly convenient closing at 5.
