I can not for the life of me, figure out how a hairdresser can be so utterly terrible at their job. I asked repeatedly for my hairdresser to leave my hair long on top. They must not teach that at the beauty school she attended because even though she asked me three times if I wanted to keep long on top, (and I said yes) she ignored me and cut it all of. They did terrible with my hair it is know to my tips of my ears and I asked them for my neck they totally botched it

The last two times we have been they have completely botched my sons hair cuts. We have been a few times previously with good experiences but these last two times have ensured that we never return. I told the lady I want small trims. My youngest had cute curls that matches his personality so well, she cut them all off after telling her on several occasions NOT to cut the curls off.
