They say the difference between a bad cut and good cut is two weeks. Two weeks in and this just looks worse and worse. Very nice staff and the hairdresser took her time but is quite new and not very skillful with hair but has great people skills. If you want anything other than a blunt bob or buzzcut I would avoid.

I had Jasmine give me a haircut today. She did a great job, followed all of the directions I provided and resulted in a great haircut. She was very pleasant in conversation. I will certainly return and request her again.

No problem with the hair dressers or the staff at the place, and without walk-in appointments the value in the service for the price just isn't there. The cost is too high, scheduling is too inconvenient, and now the company wants to charge for no shows when they don't have consistent staff available.

My first time going there. I will be back. I had Megan wash, cut, and style my hair after I lost a lot of my hair after surgery. She listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted to make it look thicker and healthier. She did a great job. I also felt very pampered and enjoyed the experience.
