Ordered a lift kit over one month ago and have emailed this company more than 5 times to get a ship date with ZERO replies. Tried calling them multiple times but get sent to a robot voicemail everytime. Total scam company. Do not buy from them!!! Horrible experience just like all the other people you read about in the reviews.
This guy is hopeless, DO NOT do business with him, we bought shocks for my husbands ute, after he assured him they would fit, well our mechanic said they wouldn’t, so getting to return these and get a refund has been a nightmare. Perfect Lift has NO return policy online, the owner refuses to answer calls or emails he just blocks the number, so we used my phone the owner agrees for us to return them and he would refund, by this time we have Fair Trading involved , we paid to have the shocks returned with insurance but he stil... read more
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Payed, then did not receive confirmation, or tracking or anything…. Tried to email and message on website and also called their phone number listed on the website and Google a bunch of times and have received no answer. Absolute scammers. I had to contact my bank to get my money back through the scam department. Trust me, they will rip you off so buy your lift kit elsewhere.
Should have looked at reviews ordered two weeks ago trying email no response try ringing spoke to someone soon as I tell them order number they hang up been trying ringing back all chosen to ignore me lucky paid with PayPal reported no hopefully PayPal see what kind of company this is take your money and then nothing
What a joke just glad i paid through PayPal , parts were in stock tryed to contact them nothing no update no parts 1 month later, I’ve let PayPal deal with them at lest I’ll get my money back.
