I just called the clinic to request a copy of my invoice and treatment details. The person who answered the phone claimed to be the manager, but she was unpleasant and seemed to struggle with clear communication. In addition to the poor customer service, I do not recommend this clinic because the machines are not effective and the results have been very disappointing.

Not recommended. The free trial or treatment they advertise never happens, they’re only focused on selling their machines.

I’ve had a truly unpleasant experience here. I originally signed up for a HIFU offer, but the first red flag was that the booking came through as a completely different treatment. When I turned up for my Saturday appointment, I couldn’t even get into the building. I messaged on Instagram for help but got no reply. I did the trial picolaser for 58 as i paid the deposit online They did try to sell yhe packages but they were bot pushy at all. Had a positive experience.
