I had an appt. with Adam Baird, Fredericksburg VA, 540-847-9114, (set up on July 21st) for detailing at 2 PM today (8/2/14). He has not shown up. In spite of repeated calls, he has not returned calls, answered my messages, cancelled, postponed, rescheduled or done anything. I wasted 2 hours waiting for him to show up. Is this how Perfect (?) Imaging works? Where is the perfect about your service? Hope you can email/call me and explain. Thanks Shell
