I've been coming to this place for years, the lady is chair number 1 I been coming to for past year or two. She is sweet , kind and does a good job. Today I was there and the lady that works at #3 chair would stare and give me the ugliest look (as if she had something against me) I've never had any interaction with that lady. She did it twice. I had such a great experience with Chair #3! She did an amazing job on my eyebrows they came out perfect, exactly how I wanted them. On top of that, her customer service was excellent. She was professional, kind, and really took her time to make sure I was happy. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for beautiful brows and great service!

Got my eyebrows done by the lady in chair number 3. She did a terrible job. She’s been working here for a while and I don’t know why she’s still employed here. This is my second time getting my eyebrows done by her and never again. She makes one eyebrow thinner than the other. Other people have had the same experience with the way she does eyebrows. When I confronted her about it she said they looked fine when they don’t. I wish I could get a refund. 0 stars. Don’t recommend her and this location!!
