Joe Valdez came to our home and gave us a very competitive price and several building options. He was very professional as were all of the installers, and all work was completed on schedule. We are very happy with our new patio!
We had a somewhat irregular request, which was to install an aluminum cover on the existing columns and header beam that we had already, demolishing the existing cover and adding the aluminum one, with lights and fans. These guys made it happen. Quickly. We worked with them, getting the permits and inspections and they demo'd and built the new one in record time. Had an appointment scheduled between 9 and 10 am today. And no one showed up or gave a courtesy call. So we called at 12pm to see what the issue was and still no response. Horrible customer service
Great experience. Best prices we found and installed in 2-4 weeks. Coil t be happier with our patio cover.
starting to become a freaking nightmare.... I will update the review on the quality as soon as the patio is complete (if it ever gets completed)!... over two months delay, backyard is currently unusable! what a headache.
