I had a great first impression walking in. The space is clean and tasteful with good ventilation and no stuffy smell. It is not crowded and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Whether you want a short break or to soothe your mind and body, the environment here works really well.
My massage felt invasive as the masseuse moved my undergarments quite a bit which is not legal, and I was too uncomfortable to say anything. Even the spas in China I have been to they don’t adjust the clothing of the person so this was shocking to me.
Cici gave one of the best massages ive ever had. Will return.
Honestly should have listened to reviews. The massage itself felt unorganized, and staff are weird about leaving tips, they do not see 20% of the price for a tip as adequate and will make it known at checkout.
Front desk lady is very shady and always trying to trick us into services and add-ons we do not need. She also left the room a few times during the massage to greet other guests. Besides all that - Mandatory $20 tip even just for a $65 massage.
