I will say the massage itself was good, she used her thumbs to apply a good amount of pressure and it felt very comfortable. The reason for my less than stellar score is the attitude. When the massage started I told her no neck, a few minute into the massage and she went for the neck which I find uncomfortable. Later when I was face up she asked if face massage was ok and for the first time in a massage I said no.
