Front desk lady is very shady and always trying to trick us into services and add-ons we do not need. She also left the room a few times during the massage to greet other guests. Besides all that - Mandatory $20 tip even just for a $65 massage.

Have been going here for years. Never need to pick or choose. Every masseuse is very talented, detailed, and extremely professional. Still the best price in town

The massage itself was decent, but my experience at checkout left a bad impression. The service cost $75, and I was planning to leave a 20% tip. However, I was told that customers need to tip at least $20, which is over 26% of the service price. I ended up paying it because I felt pressured, but I don't think customers should be made to feel obligated to tip more than they intended. The forced tipping made me very uncomfortable, and unfortunately, I won't be coming back.

I visited Perfect Healing Spa Center on June 19 with a friend for a deep tissue massage. The massage itself was average — nothing exceptional, but acceptable. What left a bad impression was what happened at checkout. Our total came to $152, and I left a $20 tip using tap-to-pay, which I felt was fair.
