Made appointment Saturday Morning for a detail 10:45am. Wife calls she is running late they dont answer the phone. She arrives at 11am and told now her appointment has been pushed back to 12:15 because someone took our spot. Which it would have been nice to get a call to confirm that we were still going to make it before she placed someone before us especially for a repeat customer.
