I appreciated that Perfect Hands Car Wash was able to squeeze me in last minute, but unfortunately, that’s where the good stopped. As soon as I arrived, I was told I should just wait around instead of my wife picking me up because “it wouldn’t take long.” That immediately made me feel like they were going to rush the job, especially since the lady on the phone had told me to plan for an hour to an hour and a half due to the size of my truck (F250).
